1.3 Purpose of Processing

Your data is processed exclusively for: responding to inquiries, delivering requested services, managing project communications, and complying with legal obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

1.4 Data Retention

Personal data is retained for the duration necessary to fulfill the stated purpose, or a maximum of 24 months after the last communication, whichever occurs first. Data is securely deleted thereafter.

Terms of Service

2.1 Service Scope

MotionPixelForge provides web design, development, and digital strategy services. All project scopes, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual project agreements prior to commencement.

2.2 Payment Terms

Invoices are payable within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed. Late payments incur a statutory interest rate of 4% per annum as per Portuguese commercial law.

2.3 Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all final deliverables and associated intellectual property are transferred to the client. MotionPixelForge retains the right to display work in its portfolio unless explicitly restricted in writing.

2.4 Liability Limitation

MotionPixelForge's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

2.5 Termination

Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice. Work completed up to the termination date is billable. Outstanding deliverables and timelines are adjusted proportionally.

Cookie Policy

3.1 What Are Cookies

Refund & Reimbursement Policy

4.1 Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are evaluated based on the project milestone completed at the time of cancellation. Services rendered up to the termination point are non-refundable.

4.2 Cancellation Before Work Begins

If a project is cancelled before any work has commenced, a full refund of any advance payment will be issued within 10 business days.

4.3 Partial Refunds

For projects cancelled mid-execution, a partial refund is calculated based on deliverables completed versus total project scope. Unused portions of pre-paid fees are refunded proportionally.

4.4 Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. MotionPixelForge will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and process the refund within 10 business days of approval.

4.5 Exceptions

Refunds are not available for: domain name registrations, third-party software licenses purchased on behalf of the client, or work completed and delivered to client specifications.
